Sub:- SBTET – AP- Diploma Examinations – Completion of uploading of Bio-data of I year students, Uploading the Attendance of I year, IV Sem and VI Semester students – Payment of Promotion Fee –Instructions – issued – Reg.
With reference to the subject cited above the Principals are requested to issue necessary instructions to the concerned Head of Sections to complete the uploading of Biodata of I year students who were admitted during the academic year 2016-17 so as to push the same for attendance entry and for uploading the attendance for I year C-16 students.It is observed that some Polytechnics entered the same PIN for more than one candidate and the details are mentioned in the Annexure-I. Until the duplicates are removed, that data cannot be pushed for attendance entry.
It is further informed that the data for uploading the attendance for I year, IV & VI Semester students is already available in the Student portal. Principals are requested to inform the concerned Head of Sections to upload the attendance before 20th for First fortnight and before 5th for 2nd fortnight of previous month. The portal doesn’t allow to post the attendance pertaining to previous fortnights.
Principals are requested to upload the data of Re-admitted candidates, admitted in IV and VI Semester of C-14 Scheme (either detained/C-09 Scheme).Uploading of the information pertaining to Readmitted candidates is to completed by 10-12-2016.
The Add Student Information Button will be removed by 12-12-2016. A link is provided in apsbtet.net/dofpportal for payment of Promotion fee by the students who are having the attendance but failed in making the fee payment and the candidates who are not eligible to appear for the examination. The details of students are already placed in the DofpPortal. The Principals are requested to inform the concerned HODs to intimate the students to make Promotion fee payment by 10-12-2016. The students failed in payment of Promotion fee will be treated as ineligible for further study and their PINs will be removed from Student Portal for attendance entry. The list of candidates who have to pay the Promotion fee is attached (Annexure-II) with this letter. The student can make the fee payment through payment gateway or in any AP-online Centre.
All the Principals are requested to bestow their personal attention in completion the above task in stipulated period.
