Andhra Pradesh Technical Education has released a notification for Conduct of Rallies on cash less Transactions for creating awareness among the student community for Digital Payments.
As directed by Hon'ble MHRD is videoconference on Cashless Transactions last evening, all Vice Chancellors may kindly ensure conduct of rallies on 6th Dec 2016 for creating awareness among the student community for Digital Payments. The rally may include placards with motivating messages and involve guidance from the local bankers, as well, on publicizing methods for digital payments amongst the student community.
All affiliated colleges including technical institutes, also to do likewise in a relevant and appropriate manner.
Local police authorities may kindly be informed beforehand for making arrangements for safe conduct of the rallies. The VCs and Principals of colleges (CCE to ensure) may plan the route in a careful manner and coordinate with local authorities to ensure the rally is conducted in safe environment. Faculty members to be given appropriate duties, as well, in safe conduct of rallies.
Vice Chancellors may also personally inform respective District Collectors on 5th Dec 2016 and bring the arrangements to their notice for guidance, if any. This may also include conduct of Round table Meets for student awareness on the subject.
