Mark sheet fee per candidate Rs.  30 

Registration fee per candidate Rs. 25 

Provisional certificate fee per  candidate* Rs.  75 

 Diploma  certificate fee per  candidate* Rs. 150

 Consolidated mark sheet fee per  candidate* Rs.  60


Description(For Grace Chance candidates)

Fee per subject Rs.500 

Mark sheet fee per candidate Rs. 30  

Registration fee per candidate Rs. 25 

(Applicable to VI semester Full time and VIII Semester Part Time only)

 Special Grace Chance The   Government   of   T amil Nadu   Vide   its   G.O   Ms.   No   326/   Higher   Education   (B1)  Department dated 22/09/2016, granted two special grace chances (October 2016 and April  2017)  to  old  Diploma  Students  who  have  exhausted  all  chances  (including  additional  chances) of OR, NR, RR, RS, C, D,G, J  K and L schemes.

Application for Grace chance will be available in DOTE website.

Draft NR  for the even semester  will be uploaded during last week of February .

The Principals are requested to collect the examination fees from the candidates based  on the   Draft   Nominal   Roll   (effecting   re - admission,   Institution   transfer,   medical  condonation and malpractice punishments , Revaluation).

 For candidates not appeared in  Oct 2016 Board Examination, please collect Xerox copy  of latest combined marksheet(s).
