The class work
for 1st Semester for the A.Y
2017-18 commences from 14-06-2016 onwards.
In this connection, the Commissioner of Technical Education permitted to
conduct the orientation programme to the newly admitted students as per the
following schedule furnished in the annexure enclosed herewith in order to orient
the new entrants focusedly acclimatize to the Polytechnic education system and
the institutional functional environment.
In this connection, the number of
periods not covered by the concerned subject teachers from 14-06-2017 to 15-06-2017
in view of orientation and Bridge Course Class work conduct may be compensated
by handling extra hours beyond working ours or on holidays in order to make
good of all the periods lost in the orientation.
